Thanks to their seamless or segmented ceramic coating, our ceramic elbows and tubes minimise downtimes and multiply service life compared to conventional materials.

This solution for all pneumatic conveying systems reduces your production costs and is an important component in minimising your operating costs.

Structure of a ceramic pipe bend

External pipe bend: mild steel / stainless steel of various grades
- Segmented according to DIN 2605 (ISO) depending on size and radius
- Primed approx. 40 µm / top coat approx. 40 µm
- Cover colour: RAL5014 (pigeon blue) or according to customer requirements
Inner pipe bend: Standard ceramic inliner / Al2O3 ceramic (seamless or segmented)
- In the high temperature range: SiC ceramic (seamless or segmented)
- Customised products
- Buffer material: cement / flexible cement / silicone
Internal and external pipe bends and connecting elements can be coated with HALAR
Resistant to alkalis/acids
Pipe bends in lightweight construction (food industry)
Ceramic inliners coated with a GRP coating. Advantage: low weight!
